		<description>Hi Todd, great list. Favourites: 10., 18., 36., and 37. Some things have some time to become the norm (e.g. apps).  I would also add 61. Be creative, be creative and be creative (or hire pros that excel in creativity ).</description>

		<description>All excellent points Todd. I would only add not dismissing power of truly listening to your followers, fans, reviewers. And show that you are indeed listening. People like to know their point is being taken, however valid.</description>
