Never mind marketing this year, how are you marketing next year?

Most of the time we get so caught up marketing and promoting upcoming events we forget about capturing the essence of what’s going on at the event.

Consider:

  • What can you capture during your event: audio, video, photos, stories?
  • Who can capture media during the event?
  • How are you modifying your application forms to the hiring of staff who have computer and media skills?

You won’t have a better chance to capture the content you’ll need to market your tourism business or region next year than by planning to get the content you’ll need while events are happening THIS year.
