The Hammock Podcast with iPhone

by Todd Lucier on August 27, 2008

Todd’s swinging in a hammock with his iphone this week on the Tourism Keys Video Podcast.

Todd explains how handheld devices like Apple’s iPhone, featuring location specific information are used by travellers to plan and share their travel experiences online…. without ever having to use their computer.

  • Hi Todd

What a great podcast and good advice. I am circulating it amongst tourist business operators here in the Peggy's Cove area in Nova Scotia. We operate our hammock manufacturing and retail business not far from Peggy's Cove and many of our business associates operate B & Bs or restaurants. We will also set up a computer station at our shop to allow people to comment om their experience with us and find other business in the area.
    Thanks for the great advice
  • Glad to hear Gord. Keep up the good work.
  • Hey Todd,
Thanks for the podcast from your HammockCAM.

This summer, we have a lot of guests that shared their photos and video clips with us through our Friends of Beauview Facebook group. Some have used Flickr albums to share photos.
Some still aren't comfortable with the technology so they email the pics to me and I'll put them up on the Beauview BLOG.

Since your Blog entry on Internet Flip video cameras, I have added over 20 video clips to our BLOG in the last month.

    It's been a great summer!

    Regards,
