Perhaps the most important insight I gained from this video is that competitive intelligence is free. What once cost $100 000′s is now free. Keyword traffic for your business, your competition and current trends is available to everyone. Businesses that invest time in understanding and reviewing in this type of information hold a competitive advantage over similar businesses.
